I received an email inviting me to complete an online, self-administered, virtual interview as a first step. The problem is I was only given 72 hours to complete the interview and I received the invite on a Thursday afternoon. I already had prior appointments and plans and could not complete the interview with that little notice. I replied to the invitation email and asked for an extension but the only reply I received was one advising me I was no longer being considered, presumably because my timeframe had expired. With 20 years experience in the insurance industry, 15 of them as an active loss control rep, I think I would have been an excellent candidate. Oh well.
