It was a simple process. The first 30 minutes was with an HR rep. and a department rep. that asked you general HR questions. The second 30 minutes was with a more specialized group of IT employees that asked you easier, but more material focused questions.
There were several interviews, usually with more than one person, over the span of months. It was a very long process. Prepare to dedicate a lot of time to the interviews.
