Very pleasant and comfortable experience. Had 2 interviews. One with HR and then with couple of Managers. The interview with the HR was very typical. The interview with the Managers was very interesting. They asked a lots of questions from my resume and then they talked about the requirements of the job at Ericsson. They asked me about how can I contribute and what I would do if I put in situation 'X' or situation 'Y'. Got the offer at the end of the process but had to reject because of low salary.

First, there was an interview over Skype where you talked to H&R, where they mainly asked general questions and what kind of experience you previously had. A couple of days later I had a interview with the person who would eventually become my manager. It was a quite relaxing interview where they mostly focused on you as a person, and not so much on the technical questions.
