Interview started with aptitude test followed by a group discussion in which we were asked to express our views on a social topic. The following round was based on technical skills and questions were asked based on GSM and other network related topics. Finally being reviewed by HR for selection of candidates.
The interview process was smooth and comfortable. The questions were straightforward, focusing on my background and skills. The interviewer was friendly and made me feel at ease. Toward the end, they explained the company’s collaborative and inclusive culture, highlighting opportunities for learning and growth. Overall, it was a positive and engaging experience.
