It was pretty standard. The recruiter conducts the initial interview then I had my last interview with the Regional Director. Questions were not too hard and the interview process was not too long. I got the offer after 4 days after the interview.

All pretty straightforward with some curveball questions.generally about experience in sales, work ethic, why equinox etc.
Phone screening interview with Human Resources at HQ, zoom interview with Sales Manager, then another phone call with Human Resources person at HQ to specify details of accepting the offer

You have to do a video for the application process. They do a phone call interview first and then they schedule an in person interview. After that they reach out within a couple days if you get an offer.
