Quick 30 min. phone call with General Manager. Asked strengths, weaknesses, time I failed and why I'm interested in the company. They were pretty to the point and not super excited about the interview, but perhaps that was the San Mateo office

Fairly easy - pretty obvious they're also looking for someone flexible to work shifts and cover aswell. The interviewer was nice, interviewed with three of the managers and one of them pick you based on their need and which area they manage.
