Applied online submitting a cover letter and resume highlighting my experience related to the position--which was parallel to the post's job responsibilities. Exactly the next day I received an automated no-reply decline email. Perhaps Equinix should reconsider their recruiter and hiring personnel and allow for feedback regarding why an application was declined when it met their requirements.
