Phone Interview with talent coordinator - likable and upfront, he is the gatekeeper.
2nd Interview with owner - will give you a solid feel if you're a good fit for the company. Be yourself. Honesty is paramount.
3rd interview with CTO - Challenging, he really knows his stuff. Be prepared to dive deep on anything on your resume. If you appear unconfident he will ask him you more questions and determine what you know. Difficult interview but fair and enjoyable if you like challenges. This interview actually made me better prepared for future technical interviews.
