Two-step interview process; one technical and one cultural. Technical consisted of sending one home with a technical challenge to complete which was discussed before the culture fit interview is done.

3 interview stages. 1st Technical interview. 2nd Done a project. 3rd and last - they asked questions based on the project. Pretty much a fair interview process as they are communicative and interest to know about your capabilities.
