After applying in online ,week later got a mail from the HR department that someone will call me to talk about more in details about the position .The person called me according to scheduled time. Just re-confirm with me my driving experience, penalty points.Customer Service experience. Detail information about the company. Asked me few other question my previous position such as - What you passionate about your previous job?

Approx 30-40 minute teams call asking about sales, customer service experience etc. - fairly detailed email saying what they are going to ask
The interviewer seemed quite uninterested - like they were going through a set script

Great, applied online with an application form. Then received an email to schedule a video interview, first round was friendly, open relaxing. Starts with video interview, then if successful you have a branch visit to meet the team and interview with branch manager.

very unprofessional, and left me standing around for hours when they were meant to be showing me around as a "branch Visit". Mid-interview manager asked another colleague to bring in his vape and laughed about it. Very unprofessional and did not give a great representation of the company or branch.
