Three interviews, second one is at least an hour in the branch that you will be working at. You have to sit and observe to make sure it is something that you will want to do everyday.

I had three round of interviews the first and last weren’t that bad, but my second interview with the district manager, I sweat so much. It was really intense. They want competitive people, so most everyone is an athlete. The job itself is long hours, and highly tracked activy and sales.
