I was interviewed by phone by the HR representative. I was then interviewed by the Chief Marketing Officer.
As a company, Enterprise seems like a good place to work. The HR representative was very professional. However, the CMO was not.
Good luck answering the CMO's questions -- many of which are not related to your skills as a marketer. He does not come from a marketing background and seems to be struggling to know how to best evaluate candidates. He appears to be trying to overcompensate by being aggressive.
To the CMO, you are not an expert in marketing, but if you behave like a leader, you will find an expert who you can trust who will guide you and will help you. But, if you behave like a bully to candidates, you will be left with the one person who does not have other options. That's not the person you want advising you. To find the best candidate, treat them with the same level of respect that you expect them to treat you with. The interview process is a two way street.
Also, be aware that the best marketers change companies every 2-4 years. If you are looking for someone who has been at the same organization 20 years, you will find the one person who is the most out of date when it comes to marketing. It's great that Enterprise has a culture to promote within. But, it is not the only positive path that exists -- especially in marketing.
