One Phone Interview, followed by a interview in person with a local district manager. Overall disappointed with the outcome. Easy interview questions. Was not offered a job because I do not have enough "experience" in customer service, despite the fact I have over 4 years of customer service and team management experience at a office already..... I do not know what more they expect when applying for an internship....
