Applied online then recieved multiple calls from their recruiter. She helped me set up an interview in the office I wanted to work in. After that interview, the regional manager called me to set up to meet with him. After 1 phone interview, and two in person interviews with various employees, I was offered a position.

Everyone person asked on a scale from 1-10, how competitive are you?
I had three rounds of interviews with different managers for various locations. The recruiter who reached out was super nice and friendly. It was a typical interview process where they ask you about your experience and qualifications. The questions per round were similar.

What would you do differently than other potential candidates to become an amazing MT.
It was an average difficulty interview with the most standard, basic questions. The interviewer had a deadpan, annoyed face and looked and sounded like she didn't want to be there. I didn't prepare for it and didn't pass, but I don't think most people will have a problem if they just prepare beforehand
