The interview process was long and unnecessary. i was phone screened then i got an email for one one interview with recruiter after interviewed with the recruiter i was offered another interview where interviewed with the managers i offered third interview but i declined the offer

I had three round of interviews the first and last weren’t that bad, but my second interview with the district manager, I sweat so much. It was really intense. They want competitive people, so most everyone is an athlete. The job itself is long hours, and highly tracked activy and sales.
