Started off with a phone interview from there it went to 4 step interview first interview with the recruiter from there i went to interview with the area manager and from i went for a observation at the location i applied for this was all in one day about weeks later i had a final interview with a group rental manager

I had three round of interviews the first and last weren’t that bad, but my second interview with the district manager, I sweat so much. It was really intense. They want competitive people, so most everyone is an athlete. The job itself is long hours, and highly tracked activy and sales.
