After applying online, I got invited to an interview very quickly. The interview took place in the Headquaters in Surrey. I really appreciated the fact that I could chose between different interview dates. It was a very friendly interview situation and the interviewer was open and was very direct with his questionings and their expectations of a graduate. He explained what the graduate programme looks like, how fast you can make a career and also layed emphasis on the fact that the programme had a strong sales focus. I enjoyed the interview but cannot see myself in sales. I did not end up progresing to a further stage because the interviewer probably saw that sales was not the right call for me.
