I received my interview with the Laboratory Group Manager after introduction to the position and Manager by a colleague. The Manager was very quick to respond to e-mails during the process of arranging my visit, and indicated excitement for me to come interview and meet the group. The interview itself consisted on meeting with the Manager and a high level director within the group. The other employees I met appeared courteous, and indicated that the work environment was professional, yet not typically high strung.
