I got a call from consultancy guy. The interview was scheduled for Teams interview. HR sent mail to interviewer directly by keeping me in cc!! If that wasnt pathetic , All three people in the mail werent on linked in 🤣 Interviewer joined call on time and took some brief intro Once that was done he started with some basic core java questions , It was evident that other things in my cv wasnt known to him as he would take a pause of 3/4 sec nd den wud say that answer is right or not😆 It was quite an easy round which ended with unprofessionalism of L1 panel of being aked who all r der in ur family nd what is ur current,expected ctc🙃 The moment I said my current CTC I could get sense of dissatisfaction in the panel's voice about his package being less ...! Cutting long story short , I got a rejection but not in mail by HR,not in call by HR or agency guys. But after 8 follow up calls to both parties it was told that I am rejected!
