I was contacted by one of their recruiting team members and was able to setup a phone screen in 1-2 days with US people. I compeleted first round then next day they setup lab scenario at Pune office and called me. Same day I atttended and completed. After that Senior manager took interview and noted my skill sets and discussed about my JD in my all previous companies. Later they scheduled interview with company director on webex and it was very tough at that time. Next day I got offer and I accepted an offer, there were additional screenings to complete after next day joining, and I started my first day within same week of accepting the offer.
