      Entrevista

      The entire process took over two months and involved five separate interviews. While I appreciated the engaging and, at times, enjoyable nature of the interview process, it ultimately felt like a complete waste of time. I applied for a Senior Software Developer position, and from the start, it was clear that my experience aligned with that level and i have mentioned that i am currently working as senior embedded software developer. However, during the process, I was unexpectedly re-categorized as a mid-level candidate—despite the fact that no mid-level position was actually available. What's most frustrating is that this internal reclassification seemed to occur midway through the process, yet was never communicated to me transparently. Had I been informed that they no longer considered me for the senior role, I could have made an informed decision about whether to continue. Instead, I was receiving positive feedbacks for weeks, only to be ultimately rejected with reasoning that made little sense. If I'm currently working as a Senior Software Developer, there is no logical reason to step down a level—especially for a position that doesn’t even exist. This experience reflects a lack of efficiency and, frankly, a disregard for candidates’ time and effort. Open and honest communication throughout would have made all the difference.
