I had a phone interview scheduled with one of the recruiters. When they didn't call around 8 minutes in, I decided to call them directly to see if there was a weblink that I didn't receive, even though my invite specifically said "phone interview." Turns out, the recruiter simply forgot! While they thanked me for calling them directly, I could easily tell they were scrambling to find my information for the call. After a couple minutes of searching, they then informed me that they couldn't find my resume and asked me to email it to them again... very unprofessional. They also didn't know what timezone I was in (even though it said it right in the calendar appointment) OR which job platform I had submitted my application in. I told them "Hey, let's reschedule for a time that works for both of us," and they promised they had time to do the interview right then and there. I simply had to get off of that call though. I said I would email them my resume again but once I hung up the phone I never contacted them again. Definitely felt like my time and energy was wasted, overall an embarrassing experience.

Very misleading interview process compared to actual job. The interview was full of lies, the m as managers are friendly during the interview process, but once you get hired they aren’t very nice if you don’t make your sales quota they become very rude, mean and straight up annoying.
