The interview was held virtually through MS Teams. The interview was pretty relaxed and conversational in tone. They were respectful and seemed down-to-earth as people. Be prepared to answer the standard interview questions. They also asked follow-ups to gauge how much I knew about NEPA, the Clean Water Act, etc. I found it helpful to refresh my memory the night before on basic regulatory even though I am confident in my knowledge of it.
