This is a funnel process. You go through a group interview. Then you go to their office for an in person interview where you fill out another form, and they explain their process. You fill out another form where they either hire you or you get a call back later. It seems like they'd hire anyone who will slave away over 40 hours (Monday to Saturday) during their hours of operations. They require you to be in office. They target young people and try to get them to replicate their processes (which are very outdated). Horrible!
