The interview process was pretty straight forward. Basic behavioral questions and usual interview questions. As long as you are passionate about the motorcycle industry you should be just fine. The interview is one on one, first you start out talking to the manager, then they take you around the shop to get to know everyone from there. The hiring process took about a day.
