The head HR contacted me via LinkedIn and what followed was 2 rounds of HR interviews and another Sales Interview. I was interested in the move to Kolkata and thankfully they were having a vacancy which I was being considered for. However, I made my salary expectations clear from day 1 but following all interviews I was told that they cannot offer any hike on my current salary due to the constraints in East market. Absolutely gutted with their unprofessional attitude, they used my current employer's unstable situation as a tool to bargain tough with me at the very last stage. And that too from their senior most HR personnel. Terrible organization ethically. Same thing happened with another friend too.
