A few weeks after I submitted my resume, I got a brief phone interview from one of the Company's HR staff. It was random, however, the interview was polite to ask if I can proceed with the interview. After the brief phone interview, I was scheduled for a panel and final interview with the representatives of the client that the Company assigned me too.

I applied for this role and they responded for almost a month. While I was able to get through their client interview stage, their client team told me to "keep lines open" but they did not receive an update. Their client team should be more professional enough to give feedback to rather than ghost applicants after we went through the interview with them.

Quick initial interview over the phone, Final interview with ph team followed immediately the next day through google meet. the two interviewers were not intimidating, they explained more about the company and asked if i had questions

It was quick. They contacted me for initial interview, and the day after was my client interview. The initial interview lasted for like 20-30 mins. For the client interview, they mainly asked technical questions related to the role for about 20 mins.
