Applied online. Contacted about setting up a phone interview. After the phone interview there was a in office interview with two people. Questions ranged from behavioral to just stuff from your resume. After that I was invited back to meet with two more people at the firm and the interviews were structured similar to the previous visit. Very straightfoward. Was told by the recruiter they would be in contact with me after the interviews but they ended up ghosting me and not replying to my e-mails which I thought was unprofessional.
