It was pretty easy they would hire anyone unless you didn't have a car then they might have not hired you depending on the circumstances. They just want as many people as possible to have money flowing through their bank accounts.

3 step in-person interview. First round I met with a sales manager who explained the position and how leads are generated. This was around 30-45 mins. The second round was with a current consultant who briefly asked some questions about me and my experience. Then they opened the floor for me to ask them questions. They were very honest in all the answers they gave me and didn't shy away from letting me really pick their brain. Third interview was with another sales manager who asked me a few more questions and then offered the position. They were very clear in setting the expectations and next steps for me. I knew exactly what was happening for my day 1 and orientation. They were very excited and made me feel the same way. They sent me a reminder email but they got me so excited I did't even need it! I couldn't wait to start!
