I did only one round and this was an interview over a phone screen. They said it was a hiring manager, but ended up being technical. It wasn't too bad, but still a surprise
first round: CTO call
Second: AI coding on a project, allow to use AI tools, should explain the code
Third: system design for AI agent systems, explain the decisions and tradeoff
Fourth: Behavioral round
- First round is a behavioral interview with a simple coding question via Zoom
- On-site interview where you are allowed to use your own developer environments (and AI agents of your choice)
