Thank you for sharing your experience with us. At Elinvar we strongly believe in flexible working solutions and offer our employees the opportunity to work at various times from abroad, when possible. We are though subject to the applying legal regulations and employment legislation, which may differ in particular for Non-EU-countries. This is why we evaluate each request carefully and decide on a case by case basis for working outside of the EU.
Regarding the salary, we follow a strict equal pay policy, offering position-based salary ranges depending on an applicants role-based experience. This is part of our aim to actively contribute to more Women in Tech.
