2nd round - Manager : focused on experience. In depth detail of your experience, your achievements and so on.
3rd round is a panel round with team mates and higher management where they ask you behavioral questions to gauge your motivation.

I had an HR round, a 30 min convo with the hiring manager, and a panel round where I presented a past project that I'd done. In that panel round, I had the presentation, as well as 30 min 1:1 meetings with the members of the panel.
