Applied online, received an invite to take an online test. Test is pretty basic, but you do not need an amazing score or anything to move on. Then you receive a call from the CEO/Owner of EI. Basic phone interview. Then you are invited to come in for an in person interview. I had to travel from out of state and they reimbursed me for my travel. Interviews are unscheduled and you just show up. You are passed around from a few senior engineers and get a tour of the facility. Usually you go to lunch with the CEO, but he had clients when I visited, so I did not get lunch (Did not eat since 4am that day because I had to take the first flight to get there) and was starving when I was all done at 3pm. They do not ask you many questions, and mostly tell you about the company and what it is like there.
The place feels like you took a messy engineers desk and turned it into a large company. Unfortunately, the interviews feels so rushed that you are not able to ask anyone very many questions.
