Be prepared to have your time wasted. It started with a phone interview with an HR person, who then said she's going away on vacation and someone will be in touch. After a week and more, someone emails me stating, we would like to invite you in for a 45 minute in-person interview. This is where I should have cancelled realistically, because who interviews for just 45 minutes? Especially in-person? I finally a couple weeks later show up to this in-person interview that was re-scheduled by them twice. The interview ended with no technical questions, and everything was talk around past work and future goals, and then that was it. I was told that if there is a fit, next steps are to come down again and meet with two developers. This interview turned out to be a complete waste of my time, as they didn't care about my time or how far I was travelling from. And the entire process was conducted with such laziness, that in itself was a put off for me.
