First interview was with a person who helped build the staffing organization and knew a lot about the company's history and current culture; one of the most enjoyable interviews I've had. After that I interviewed with leaders in several different groups who I enjoyed speaking to as well. I left the interviews with a very positive image of this company. I'm a recruiter, so I know a lot about interviewing. The kind people I met when interviewing at Egnyte illustrated the type of culture I could expect if I worked for this company; as it turned out, it was a very positive experience.
