Applied online. Recruiter emailed requesting availability for a phone interview. Responded within hours. No response from recruiter. Followed up 2 business days later, no response. Called 3rd business day later. Recruiter finally responds back and picks a random time for the following week. (I had given her my availability for the current week, as requested in her original email.) She calls into the interview she scheduled late, references other candidates being further along in the process and by the end I could hear her getting into her car, so she was obviously not even focused on our conversations. I sent a thank you email and a follow-up email. That was several weeks ago. Completely ghosted. Found the entire experience unprofessional. I don't care if you don't want to hire me, I deserve to be treated professionally during the interview process.
