They seem to use the recorded video service for your screening interview. While I understand the efficiency for the company, it provides a negative experience for the candidate. I had to research different ways to complete this interview. Of course, you can’t go back and erase your responses. So you have to make sure you record in an excellent way the first time. Overall, it does not create a good experience for the candidate.
