I had a 15 minute pre-screen phone call with someone from HR. I then had a video call with the hiring manager. Both people I spoke with were kind, professional, and asked reasonable questions. The reason for the negative review is that I was ghosted after the interview. I think it’s inconsiderate to not let people know the hiring decision, especially when applicants put in a lot of work preparing for interviews.
