1 technical +1 client + 1 telephonic technical + 1 senior manager round. This is such an idiotic, shameless and un professional company. I started with interview process only when they said they could honor my expectations in terms of compensation. I have completed all rounds successfully. Hr had discussion with me about package and even negotiated for a quicker joining date. After sending all documents, they never even bothered to reply back. When I mailed them after a week, they replied one single line and nothing more - ' We are not able to go ahead because of budget constraints' If budget was the constraint, they should have come back themselves and asked for lower number and negotiated. But they didn't. Such companies who waste time of people should be taught a serious lesson.
