Had to do about 2 hours worth of online tests full of weird questions designed test thought process and logic, nothing software/tech related. Also required to join a 1 hour information session and live call. All of this and was not even offered a first round interview. It was an extensive amount of work for applicants to put their time towards (during exam season too) just to not even give them a chance to speak for themselves.
