Phoned for an initial screening to discuss my background, qualifications, interest in the role. Interviewer was pleasant enough but I was ghosted after the call with no further follow up or word from talent acquisition. Very unprofessional. We need to hold companies accountable for sloppy recruiting practices. Do better.
