Interviewed with district manager then a background check within a few days then offer a job a few days later. Process took about a week. Very easy to get the job. They hire pretty much anyone

I had 3 separate interviews for this positions. The interviews were extremely easy. The asked basic questions and didn't really dig too deep about past work experience. The interview was conducted in a shoe room not an actual office to give you an idea as to how organized the company is.
