There are 3 rounds: 1st: Phone call 2nd: Interview at the office. This round have 2 parts. The first part is IQ test. The second part is pair programing coding. 3rd: If you're apply for senior position. Team leader or director will have another phone call to check.

I got a phone call and answered a few general questions, then got an invitation for an interview onsite. The first round is a paper IQ test - combine of logic, math question. Next is pair programming round, using TDD to implement a basic Set data structure in Java. The last round is answering a few questions about Software development, design pattern... The whole process is quite smooth.
