I’ve joined a screening interview in August 2025 and it went well. A few weeks later, I had another round with a manager in September 2025, which also went fine. After that, they said they would interview other candidates as well. I said ok. Then they ghosted me. I politely asked for an update in the first week of October 2025, and they replied that they were still in the process. I said ok, and then they ghosted me again. I followed up once more in December 2025, and I’m still getting no response. :D Honestly, I had a really good impression of the company and the people I spoke with, but this approach isn’t professional.
