The most drawn out interview process I've had in 100 + interviews. 6 rounds for an entry to mid level position with multiple weeks between rounds. Asking to shadow employees on your own time which is an orientation/training activity not an interview. Lack of transparency about timeline as no one would wait 12 weeks to get hired at a company of this size with the respective salaries. It became borderline disrespectful at a point that I rescinded my application. Stay clear.
