The interview process was unnecessarily long and dragged out over several months, filled with redundant steps, repetitive questions, and radio silence between rounds. Despite the extended timeline and multiple interactions, it ultimately led to a disappointing outcome—being informed they had hired someone else. The lack of transparency and drawn-out nature made the experience frustrating, as it felt like a waste of time and effort, with no real justification for the delays.

Round 1: one behavioral, one case interview
Round 2: one behavioral, one transaction case, one strategy case and one group case.
Each interview is 30mins and the group case is an 50mins (40mins to solve the case with the team, 10min Q&A with clients. there are facilitators watching while you work with the group)
