I applied through Indeed for the postion of Junior programmer. Got a call back within 2 days, There were three rounds 1. Technical coding - simple 2. Technical coding - complex 3. Telephonic round / F2F The questions on F2F were based on my resume and was difficult to crack. About office: 1. The office was quite spacious and it has decorations due to some celebration 2. It has plants on entrance and centralized AC 3. seperate washrooms for men and women and it was super clean. 4. Working bay was comfortable with seperate desks and draws. 5. the interview took place in a seperate conference room. Overall I loved the office atmosphere and manager was friendly enough to overcome my anxiety, I trusted my instinct and joined here with a lower package at first and within first year, i was getting equally paid with par to MNCs with absolutely no extra deductions.
