A few phone screens began the process, on the 2nd or 3rd interview you're asked to pitch Everfi to a bank. This was as far as I got as the company was incredibly unresponsive for a good deal of the process. It seemed like the hiring process was being owned by current members of the sales team, and it was clear from the start that things were disorganized. Eventually after it took 2-3 follow ups to solidify a date to come on-site for an in person interview, I decided to decline the in person interview. Everfi provides a FANTASTIC service and has rightfully had a ton of success, I really was trying to buy into the mission and vision of the company but was left with a very messy interview process. Other companies started their interview process after Everfi and had either offered or moved on from me before I could even get on-site.
