Had an initial interview for a position that was not an exact match. I discussed where it wasn't a good match with the recruiter before hand and they assured that the manager understood that I didn't have experience in certain areas from the job description but was still interested due to my technical skills. During the interview it became apparent that the lack of experience was a big issue and the manager was pretty rude about my lack of knowledge around the area despite my resume being clear that it wasn't an area I'd worked in.
