Two rounds, first with IT team, second with senior division management. Probably about two weeks between initial and secondary interviews. Final step of second interview was meeting with HR department to discuss/negotiate, which I was unprepared for.

first, phone interview with basic questions. second and third in person interview. Fairly basic. Met with HR Director to discuss salary and benefits. Entire process took around two weeks. Very professional company.
